Following the highly successful inaugural UK Cyber Flywheel in October 2025, Round 2 brings the UK cyber ecosystem back together to continue turning alignment into execution.

What is the UK Cyber Flywheel?

The UK Cyber Flywheel is an outcome-focused forum designed to strengthen the UK Cyber ecosystem by aligning the groups that must move together if the UK is to lead globally.

  • UK Cyber Buyers (Government and Private sector)

  • UK Cyber Builders (Founders)

  • UK Cyber Backers (British Capital)

  • Ecosystem Enablers Accelerating Scale

The goal is simple: Build the best cyber products in the UK, ensure UK institutions buy them, and help those companies scale into global leaders.

Check out the recap from the first event below!

What to Expect

Following the highly successful inaugural Flywheel in October 2025, Round 2 brings the UK cyber ecosystem back together to continue the work.

The day is structured as a series of working sessions focused on the real challenges and opportunities facing the UK cyber market.

Sessions will explore:

  • Founder–CISO design partnerships: What actually leads to adoption & where collaboration breaks down

  • CISO working sessions: Surfacing procurement, regulatory, & career-risk barriers to working with startups

  • Founder collaboration models: To help UK cyber companies scale faster together

  • The role of British capital: In building globally competitive cyber companies

  • Startup Pitch Competition: Showcasing promising UK seed-stage cyber companies

  • Closing commitment session: Where participants identify concrete actions to accelerate collaboration across the ecosystem

This is not a traditional conference.

It is designed as a working forum to keep the UK cyber ecosystem moving forward together.
